Peaceful, relaxing & tranquil earth escape

Spontaneously booked this glamping experience one day prior and it did not disappoint! I was very hesitant as to how cold it would be at night so brought heaps of warm winter clothes, yet to my surprise the beautiful bell tent was warmer than my house!! The set up of the tent was so perfect, it was larger than I expected and had everything you needed. The bed was so luxurious, quilt cover so cosy, soft & plush and the linen was gorgeous. The shared bathrooms were also amazing, plenty of extra towels, shampoo & conditioner provided, was kept pleasantly clean & they were very pretty bathrooms. We brought our own food and had heaps of fun cooking it in the outdoor kitchen. Lastly the gardens were so beautiful! It was nice to just peacefully relax outdoors and escape from the busy hustle and bustle of city life.

Hi Madi, Thank you for a lovely review. I am so glad you both enjoyed your Winter escape. We have tried to think of everything you need for a luxurious stay. All the best Peter

Better than a 5 star hotel

This truly has glamour in the glam. An amazing experience where the people and area is quiet, clean, private and courteous. Most things are provided for you. You have a comfy double bed, super luxe toilets will all the amenities (towels too) and a beautiful garden with fruits and vegetables growing. Absolutely peaceful area. Would definitely come back again.

First time glampers.

Wow. What a beautiful place to relax & unwind. We had a 2 night stay which was brilliant. We ordered the brekky box which we cooked in the outdoor kitchen. Our tent was beautiful. The bed was very comfy as were the armchairs. The shared bathrooms were kept spotlessly clean and well stocked of towels etc. Would like to see a hanging light/lantern in the tent, just for a little bit more light. All in all a wonderful stay at Garden Beds Glamping. THank You.

First Glamping Experience. Loved every second of it.

An absolutely magical place where I'd say I had the best sleep ever. The Ranger tent was spacious and the gardens were just beautiful. The beds and facilities in Garden Beds Glamping is better than some of hotels I've stayed in. I would totally recommend going for 2 nights or more and bring your own food and drinks. There's barbecue facilities and surprisingly luxury shared toilets. Each tent has its own special view so choose the one that suits you. I recommend adding on the cheese platter for $25. We're going to add on the breakfast package the next time we come. 10/10 glamping experience.

Glamping at St Erth

We had a really lovely overnight stay at St Erth. The tent surpassed our expectations in almost every sense. The only thing I would add would be an outside table. We had a wonderful, warm night’s sleep on the very comfortable bed. We loved having the whole garden to ourselves, and the beautiful peace that accompanied that. The facilities in the communal area were excellent, and the bathrooms were perfectly appointed.

Beautiful gardens and lovely facilities

The tent was very comfortably setup with some lovely special touches. We ordered a cooked breakfast box which we cooked in the camp kitchen - absolutely delicious and so easy with the terrific facilities that had every item we needed. We loved having access to these beautiful gardens when they were closed to the public. Only downside for us was that there was no mobile phone reception and none of the literature had warned us about that. Room tip: We thought the Ranger tent had the best outlook.

Gorgeous bell tents nestled into a beautiful bush garden

The Garden of St Erth gets better with every visit. This was our first glamp, and we loved it! The bell tents are nicely spaced out with differing outlooks, ours out over a pond with a trickling stream and forest. The interior was beautiful and practically appointed with an extremely comfortable bed. We had ordered a dinner box, which we cooked in the open kitchen up at the communal space. Really well thought out, the food was great, and we even had a couple of sausages left for breakkie. Bathrooms were very clean & spacious. It was all so peaceful, we'd love to go back.

Our stay was glorious

It was so quiet-no man/machine sounds anywhere. So private. Eating area was easy to make our dinner with all the utensils ,cutlery and plates and pots and pans there. So was the washing up liquid and scrapers etc. Bathroom spacious, using environmental products, shower-head luxurious. Within 30 meters of that fantastic tent. The tent- spacious , comfy bed, fridge, chocolate, milk, water provided. Plunger coffee a delight. Would have like a two/three cup plunger rather than one cup. Loved the time to walk the garden after 5.00pm with 3 hours of daylight. We have already recommended it as a must stay to friends who travel to Melbourne and as a place of utter rest. We cant wait to come back in autumn or spring to see the changes in the garden. Congratulations to all involved - your attention to detail is remarkable. Elizabeth and Richard

Absolutely Gorgeous

Absolutely loved our stay at Saint Erth’s Garden... the tents are spacious and comfortable with enough amenities for comfort without being overcrowded. Nice and quiet, a beautiful place to relax. Not much phone signal either, which I personally considered a blessing, WiFi provided if you really start hankering for contact. Being so close to the Gardens themselves was great, and it’s an easy drive to Daylesford or Trentham if you feel like ranging out a bit. Definitely a trip you’d want a car for, it is a great stretch to drive around. So thanks for a lovely stay team, and all the best for the future of this great little spot.
