Garden Beds is an adults only site . We do not have facilities for toddlers or babies.
In the interest of maintaining serenity for fellow campers & fauna , Garden Beds is not pet friendly
Our garden retail shop is open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Your arrival is registered in our shop.
Check in is available from 3:00 pm
As we offer a self check in service , late arrivals are not an issue
Check out is 10:00 am but enjoy the garden for as long as you wish during the day.
Phone & Wifi
Phone reception at St Erth is very limited (limited Telstra ,none for Optus etc), We do have a land line available in our amenities building if you want to check on the kids. We do also have wifi available in all of our tents and amenities.
We offer guests the option of selecting the tent they wish to stay in during their visit. We will attempt to meet guest requests however , at times a change to chosen accommodation may be necessary.
The following cancellation policy applies to all Garden Beds bookings.
97% refund is payable for cancellations made 21 days before booking
50% refund is payable for cancellations made 7 - 21 days before booking,
0% refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days before booking
Vouchers are valid for 36 months from purchase and not exchangable
We are an all weather venue. Inclement weather will not be accepted as a reason for cancellation or change of date, with the following exceptions.
Garden Beds is closed on Extreme or Code Red days.
In the event that CFA rate an Extreme or Code Red day your booking will be cancelled.
Please be aware in these conditions the rating may occur with a days notice.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation a voucher to the value of 120% of amounts paid will be given.
